A two-night minimum stay is required on Fridays and Saturdays, exceptions may be made based on availability. All groups require a three-night minimum stay as well as certain holidays and special events.
For each suite reserved, a minimum one-night deposit will be taken at the time of reservation with the credit card provided to us. The balance of the stay is due at check-in. We accept all major credit cards, cash, traveler checks, and checks if sent in advance of stay.
Sorry, no pets allowed. For local boarding, please contact Bark N Purr at 928.282.4108. Minimum pet cleaning fee is $250 as all fabric contents of the room will require special cleaning to accommodate our guests with pet allergies.
All suites are non-smoking and we ask that you be considerate of other guests if you do choose to smoke outdoors. Smoking in your suite will result in a minimum cleaning charge of $350.00.
An inventory is taken prior to and after check-out. Guests will be held responsible for any missing or damaged items, including but not limited to: artwork, furniture and fittings. You will be charged the replacement or repair cost per item and we will contact you in the event of such an occurance.
